BrandIn provides digital branding services including LinkedIn profile redesign, visual assets creation, and related consulting.
Services are delivered digitally within the timeframe specified at purchase. Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope and client responsiveness.
Reasonable revisions are included to ensure satisfaction within the agreed scope.
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Xendit. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, assets, and feedback required for service delivery.
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for delivered materials for personal or business purposes. BrandIn retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
While we aim to improve positioning and visibility, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue or client acquisition.
PT Smart Digital Hub shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
